Leon’s Flour Mix Log for Baking

Grind
- 2 cups millet
- 1 cup emmer berries
- 1 cup quinoa
- 1 cup buckwheat
- 1 cup teff
- 1 cup rice
- 4 tbsp psyllium husk
Add after grinding
- 1.5 cup arrow root starch
- salt
- 5 tsp baking powder
Mix together
- 2-4 teaspoons of yeast
- 2.5 cups of warm water
Rise time: two hours
