Rice Cakes with Cabbage
Ingredients
- Garlic, sliced
- Ginger, sliced
- Soy sauce
- Rice vinegar
- Black vinegar (Chinkiang)
- Sesame oil
- Bell pepper, sliced
- Cabbage, chopped
- Rice cakes
- Sesame seeds
- Birds eye chili
- Sugar
Instructions
- Fry up sliced ginger and garlic for a few minutes until fragrant.
- Add bell pepper and cabbage, stir fry for a few minutes and then cover.
- Toss after a few minutes and cover again.
- Add the rice cakes when the cabbage is tender.
- Add soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, black vinegar, sugar, and chili to taste.
- Garnish with sesame seeds.
