Chinese Spicy Szechuan Green Beans Stir Fry

Based on the high-production video from below, this recipe always turns out amazing. I transcribed a step for step version below.

  1. Boiling: boil water in wok, add greens beans and a tbsp of vegetable oil. Boil for 3-4 min.

  2. Rinse beans with cold water to keep from getting too soft.

  3. Stir frying: add a couple tbsps of vegetable oil into wok.

  4. Add chopped up ginger, garlic, and sliced white onions. Stir fry for one minute.

  5. Add green beans. Stir for one minute.

  6. Add 3ish tbsps of cooking wine, a little bit of chilli sauce, 2 tbsps of oyster sauce, some drips of sesame oil, and some sugar.

  7. Add some water for the sauce.

  8. Mix corn starch with water separately and add to make sauce thicker.
